Current status
Association since 2014; town council has approved, sponsor found (Der Patriot 2025); the flood-protection works at the Burgmühle with a new canoe course are complete and, according to the association, the option for installing the wave is in place; no start of construction has been reported so far (association website, accessed 03.10.2026)
